It seems that today will be the day for a new hammy
Husband and I have been slowly cleaningand disinfecting Freyas old habitat and toys. Yesterday zooplus delivered my new water bottle, nest, larder and food. Today I laod out the habitat.
I went into city to get a mineral lick, some treats and a new ball.
Husband agreed it was time to look for a new fluff.
Then pets at home rang to say Freya had returned. Shes a week early. I think she wants to help us choose a new friend.
We shall see if anyone wants to come home today. They have an adoption corner and i have no idea who will come home.

Looks lovely and it sounds like it was meant to be. Little Freya will have a paw in sending a new little one to love to you I'm sure x

Some say I am silly when I say a passed on Hamster helps bring forth your next Hamster but this just shows I am not the only one who feels this way.
Have a great time finding your next Fluff today I look forward to the introductions
BTW I got back my Freya look alike last week I sold him but they took two boys and found the Freya look a like boy was not bonding so they brought him back.

Wow I really love your set up - where is that wooden platform from?
Good luck getting your new hamster and remember to post photos!

I got a lovely fluffy boy called daniel. Slow skow on taming though as he's a nervous lad.
The platform in the corner is from zooplus

Thank you! I haven't tried Zooplus yet but I just looked now and I can't believe hoe cheap some of the stuff is haha! Definitely going to be placing an order shortly...
Aw I'm very much looking forward to seeing him, good luck with taming!

Re: It seems that today will be the day for a new hammy
It's a great set up - I love your eco habitat (especially the legs!) I'm sure Daniel will get less nervy soon. Taylor - I sometimes find Zooplus is cheaper for some things, but they do charge postage and occasionally it can work out cheaper to get something from Amazon with free postage even if it's a couple of pounds more. But if you order a cage then anything you order at the same time will have free postage.

Ok thank you serendipity! How much do you actually have to spend to get free postage?
