Yes as long as not in the shell according to wiki.

Please look through wiki for lots of foods to give your hammy. Yes you can give fish, however please keep in mind that fish smells... if not eaten straight away the oils will smell. I am pretty sure Freyas pee smelt like off fish too when she had cod.
