...Sing to their hamsters? I like to sing "ham's coming out" to the tune of "I'm coming out" by Diana Ross when I take her out of the cage. Today I caught myself singing "living in a hamster paradise" to the tune of "Gangster's Paradise"

Am I alone?!

I love singing to my hamsters I start when I first have them and sing the same tune over and over again when they're little and they always stop to listen to it when they're older. I think it helps them get used to my voice and the way they sit and look at you when you sing is so sweet. I was singing La Isla Bonita to Arya yesterday and she just sat and listened to the whole song before going off exploring again.

I wish I'd have thought to make hamster specific songs "Ham's coming out" and "Living in a hamster paradise" are amazing

Thin Lizzy I tried reading to Bobba yesterday during play time as our 'play pen' is the porch with the door closed so I have to sit in there with her. She wasn't very interested in The Handmaid's Tale however she did proceed to climb on and nibble the pages *eye roll*

So cute :3 I don't sing to Cc deliberately but she does have to put up with me singing when I get out of the shower, poor thing!

I tell mine about the other hammies on the forum.
They love Purdy Bear's weekly magazine, Spike's Radiator Siege, Charlie's spring cleaning, etc.
