Habits your hamster has

Hello,

I have not long came to the realization that, Barnabys, flinging poop activity is a full on habit instead of an occasional thing. Whenever I handle him he makes sure he flings not one, not two but multiples poops at me on a regular basis. I just sit there laughing and smiling thinking to myself what an earth goes through his head since he is really one of a kind with a few screws lose. What habits do your hamsters have? I'd love to know them!

My old Syrian used to climb up the side of the cage and roar like a bear until I gave her extra treats, if I refused she would turn herself upside down and wee all over herself :')

Wow! Your hamster must of been addicted to the treats for her to roar like a bear and pee on herself. Ha! Ha! It is amazing what lengths pets go to just to tell us what they want.

Meat's learnt to beg so whenever he knows I'm nearby he stands up on his hind legs, brings his paws closer together and looks up to me and he'll carry on doing it until I either get him out or give him a treat.

Sometimes he'll try and climb on the toys in his cage to try his luck at begging. Thankfully he's not got any high toys that he could hurt himself if he fell.

Unfortunately he's got very good at it and usually gets what he wants. He's got one of those "how can you say no to a face like that" act down to a T. I probably shouldn't give in to him so much but I i think to myself that at his age he deserves it (he's nearly three and a half).

Hey poop-flinging-ham buddy!

I know it's probably just coincidence but Cc seems to be up and about and very interested when either me or my bf are getting changed, especially the bf. I've told her its pervy but she doesn't seem to care...

Lunar will throw tantrums if he deems something to be wrong in his cage or I've upset him, he will kick all his substrate around, jump off his toys, run circles and kick all his food out the bowl, then he will huff at me. Cindy always, always rolls in her sand after being handled. Yummy chews on the mesh until we give her attention, we are trying to teach her she gets attention when she's not chewing on it. Yummy also climbs the mesh soon as she hears the clips coming off her cage lid.

Mine has a habbit of whenever I give him one of his treats and he's not hungry he just throws it back at me. Then about a minute later he wants it back, it's so cute

Awww how adorable! It is incredible how little furries have us right where they want us.
