Creative Minds Come Hither...Name Help Please!
If you're like me, when you read posts about people trying to name their hamsters, you feel a bit lost and I guess...random. Naming your pets to me is a very personal thing, and I feel like everyone kind of goes their own way anways...
BUT... I am about to more than double my fleet of hams and I would like some input for names if you would be so kind! I am going to pick up 6 bouncy baby girlie Campbell's tomorrow from a breeder about 1.5 hours away. I am so excited I woke up at 5:30 am and couldn't get back to sleep
I would like to come up with names that surround a theme. For example, I wrote down a bunch of types of orchids, shades of green, and Crayola crayon colors :P
What I would really like to do, is come up with names with a NATURE theme. Someone named their pair of Robos Willow and Meadow...and I wish I had thought of those myself! Some directions you may want to head are earthy colors, landscapes, trees, flowers, and water to name a few.
So, can you help with some nature themed names? Thanks!

We had a tree theme for some of our old hams..Oak, Rowan, Birch, Willow (was a rabbit actually) etc etc...
I like the idea of themes for names. I might do that next time I get a hamster in years to come!

Re: Creative Minds Come Hither...Name Help Please!
I've picked up my little girls today! They are all sooooo adorable I can't believe it! I decided to use names that were all plants or trees (because I like trees...can you tell?). Collectively, they are the "Nature Girls" :P Here are the names I've selected:
~Ginger
~Daisy
~Poppy
~Maple
~Clover
~Olive
I have no idea how I'm going to fit everyone on my siggie now *sigh*
Thank you all so much for your help! You had so many good suggestions

I really like the name Lupin, it's a type of flower I think.
Plus one of the darling old ponies from Tower Farm (the riding school I go to) is called Lupin and I think it's a pretty name.
