Home for Easter!

It's a bit bittersweet, but I'm back home for a while for Easter break!

Yesterday I received the news that my old boy George had passed away in his sleep. I am so grateful he went peacefully, I'm just sad I didn't get to see him and say goodbye. He is a true heart ham, I will never forget that boy <3 I love that we have two of his daughters here too, and Luna reminds me of him so much!

The rest of the gang are all doing well though, and will all gets lots of cuddles tonight! The newest addition, Elsa, is doing really well and very friendly, if not slightly bonkers! She's very fast a certainly a big character! A proper Tort!

Will hopefully get some photos of some of them tonight!

Well, there was a surprise event tonight....

Something told me to look through some of the selling pages earlier, even though we only lost George a couple of days ago, and well... I saw a little satin dove banded boy for sale, and well, he's just the split of George as a baby, and well I presume you can guess what happened next... I fell in love and went to pick him up!

I haven't decided on a name yet (so suggestions are welcome)! He's very cute and inquisitive, although rather fast so hard to get a good photo of! But here's these best I could do!

Such sad news about Gorgeous George. His 2 daughters will help with the grief and George will live through them.

Welcome home AmyH. I was thinking about how you must be feeling when you told us the news of George. It's difficult isn't it when you aren't there for that final goodbye.

Congratulations on the new addition. He is quite a handsome chap, well spotted. Good luck on the naming.

Thank you everybody! It's certainly very strange not having George around, he's truly missed!

This little guy did indeed steal my heart though, and brought back all the memories of when George was a little one!

So far names in mind are Noah, Loki and Humfrey, but I'm just not sure! So keep all name suggestions coming!
