Re: anybody know any good treats?
They sound like good treats but, like any great, be careful not to give too many as those can be high in fat. Particularly the meal worms if they are the fried, not freeze dried ones. A small amount of veg (introduced gradually so as not to upset their stomach) or a piece of plain cooked pasta go down well. I often pick their favourite bits out of their food bowl & hand feed those. Occasional monkey nuts are a good treat as it's also good for their teeth & they enjoying chewing up the shell. That's a could of ideas it get you started

Re: anybody know any good treats?
If you want healthy treats, I suggest Timothy Hay Biscuits, there are plain,
with carrot, and with apple !
Also there are Carrot Crunches, things like that made with dried veggies and alfalfa
or timothy hay. There are also healthy forage mixes with hay and seeds and dried fruits. A lot of people seem like like to give millet as well, I haven't tried millet yet.
Toby, my Syrian, loves a broccoli floret and baby carrot 2 or 3 times a week.
He also loves a slice of cucumber, but I don't give that often because it's
quite watery, and I don't want to cause diarrhea. It's great if they're dehydrated
or constipated and you notice there isn't as much poo as there is normally.
He also likes the tip of a strawberry every once in a while.

Brazil Nuts & Walnuts are great treats and also great for keeping their teeth trim.

Re: anybody know any good treats?
mine have a wide range of treats (not to be given too often or too much of any)
millet seed sprays & bird seed hanging bars - mainly for the dwarfs
Yogurt drops, choc drops and milk drops (special hamster ones)
shrimp cookies
hamster popcorn - ones you can make yourself or apple flavoured already made
hay rolls (hang from cage, they are a cardboard tube covered in hay and stuffed with a filling such as herbs and seeds) - this is a long standing treat to keep them busy
edible flower pots with dandelions in them - this is a long standing treat to keep them busy
Antos dog chews - the crocodiles etc
monkey nuts
pedigree milky bones
The supreme treats roger rabbit carrots, Gerry gerbil ones and the harry hamster biscuits (can't remember shapes of these two, know rabbit ones are carrot - all fine for hamsters)
various types of seed bars made for hamsters
hamster munchy chews - from wilkos, mine love chewing these good for the teeth
hazelnuts and walnuts still in or out of shell.
plus loads of other things I have but can't remember names of them
plus a bit of porridge now and then
maybe a small amount of baby food now and then
and last but not least a small amount of fresh vegies and fruit (no onion, garlic, chives, leeks or citrus fruit)

Every single one of my hamsters goes mad for JR Farm Oat Bites. They are the only treats that I have had success with every ham. Even my new babies I've only had 10 days love them.

Re: anybody know any good treats?
I haven't tried very many things with Baklava yet. But she likes her Oxbow food and willingly takes it whenever I offer it by hand.
I also have just started giving very small bits of Fruitables Crunchy Dog Treats -- Pumpkin & Apple Flavor. I originally bought these for my rats, and they loved them as a weekly treat. Baklava also eats them; no indication yet of any real opinion.
I meant to get sunflower seeds the last time I went to the grocery store, but they were sold out. Could've gotten pumpkin seeds instead, but didn't.
