Goodness your hams all sound amazingly human! Charlie doesn't do anything out of the ordinary really except he's pretty good at black looks. And outraged looks. And guilt-trip looks. Oh and he never smiles. He's mean moody and magnificent like Elvis. He does tolerate cuddles and kisses though. He used to do this thing where he'd get his wheel going really fast and then fall off it and just lie there on the substrate - then do it again, and again. Maybe he still does but I never see him on his wheel now - he'll only go on it when we're not there. Last night I was up till 3am trying to back up a computer because the hard drive was about to go and he still waited till I'd gone! He'd definitely been on the wheel before we got up this morning though, because my test piece of substrate (carefully placed on top of the wheel) had gone.

Archie tickled my nose with his nose without any bars! Twinkle wiggles her bum if my hand is in her way!

Whenever I offer to let Cyril in his ball he excitedlyhops straight in but when I put him on the ground he rolls straight back to the bottom of the unit where his cage is!
His record for getting back is 20 seconds.

Twinkle has a hedgehog whimzee and I mistook the whimzee for Twinkle, I was chatting away when I felt something on my arm, Twinkle's nose and whiskers lol! I blame the alcohol from the night before and little light in the room lol!

Syrup has gotten into the habit of sitting on his bum and sliding down his ramp leading to the downstairs section of his cage rather than running down it

My younger brother used to have a Syrian hamster that was an escape artist, kept finding ways to open its cage door from the inside, we ended up having to padlock the door shut in the end. He would always turn up in the same place too, fast asleep in my brother's sock drawer
