They offered me £15 discount, but I would still prefer either a full refund or a replacement. Probably a replacement!

decline it i did as i had exactely same damage as you as its not fit for purpose, i sent back the new bits and the extras and kept the cage/wood stuff as i had already pastikoted it x aslong as they get a full set up! annoying for you guys x

See i tried gluing the break... and they offered some money off, and then it snapped so emailed back asking for replacement as not fit for purpose. they sent out a new cage (i only took out the plastic base out then put my broken one in! and they picked it all back up within 3 /4 days by courier!

That's exactly what I worry would happen! If it was a large discount I wouldn't mind taking the risk of it breaking a few weeks/ months down the line. But not for just £15, it saves a lot of future hassle to just have a replacement now. I've just replied to them again, being quite clear that I'd like a replacement.

It really is! I think I was quite clear in my last email that I just want a replacement cage ASAP so hopefully they'll get it sent out.

You're blooming entitled to a full refund or replacement! This peeves me off, you'd think they'd get their packaging and delivery sorted out after previous problems.
It's going to keep costing them money until they fix the problem at their end,
Don't give in, and tell them they need to sort the delivery out.

Good news! They're sending me a new cage! Hope it comes quickly. I did mention the delivery and packaging in several emails but they didn't comment. I feel like it was a robot replying to me this time, like they only had set phrases to reply to me with. It was very odd!

That's great news, hope the new cage comes really quick & there's no more problems.
Their attitude is odd, maybe people should start posting cage reviews on the site & while saying how good the cage might be mentioning all the problems with delivery & damage, might make them take a bit more notice.... or am I being unreasonably optimistic lol!

I will leave an online review! If the next one arrives broken im going to return it and buy elsewhere. I looked at the mamble cage Cypher, I nearly ordered that yesterday instead it looks really good!
