I miss my little Latte

Hi Latte
seem got sick...
after he came home...
sneezing lot
...mucus come on nose
after he sneezing...
I thought it's was bedding allergy
so I called pet store
where I got him...
so they told me bring it over...
well I bring him over to pet store
they check on him
guess what?
they reject take him to vet
2 hours half mins for taking bus...
so I need to take him back home...
use Kitchen paper... as bedding...
but he keep sneezing...
he still drink and eat normal
that's good
so I take him back to Pet store...
Yesterday
they're going to take him to vet...
no refuse this time
I called them befor they told me nothing wrong
with Latte they had him over 2 weeks...
I told them had three hamsters
my other two hamsters nothing wrong with them...
Suger&Shinju
so i need to say good bye to Latte
for while
pet store will call me when
Latte's already go home with me..
he seem having cold...
there was another hamster I had befor
he was sneezing and mucus coming out of nose
after I was looking at internet...
I miss my little Latte already...
feel strange without him...
I loss two hamsters this month...
hopefully I won't loss him too..
hope he will better soon

Hello hyunkyong. OMG! Latte is ill? You just got him. That is awful. I am so very sorry. I think it will be very important for you to make sure everything in the cage is cleaned well before Latte can use it again. When will they contact you about what the vet has said? When do they expect you to get Latte back?

This post is very confusing, I just hope the pet store are being honest with you.
Did you get the other hamster you lost from the same store as Latte?
You need to get back in touch with the pet store owner and find out exactly what's going on.

sorry for confuse Haru&Latte was from different location stores...
but it's was chain stores...
there was one hamster named Shio was showing same illness as Latte
when I got him...
Shio&Latte was from same store
something wrong with
two hamsters...
same store I got Latte
they refuse Shio take to Vet...
so I took him different store location...
they will take him to vet
they didn't call me yet...
I hope Latte will make it

vet said to them be safe they give him some vitamins...
he had to stay with them for 2 weeks...

I'm truely not sure why they would keep him for that long if there is nothing wrong with him. Don't worry about him forgetting you. It shouldn't take long for him to resettle once he's home again.

That pet store doesn't seem to know very much at all
I would be questioning the conditions they are keeping hams in if you lost a previous ham from them and now your gorgeous Latte is sick, I have no idea why they'd be keeping him if nothing is wrong either x

DrK, I'm really baffled why the pet shop are keeping him too.
I don't think they're being completely honest with hyunkyong.
