do male hammys have nipples? the pet store i got him from was wrong on just about everything they said to me. they said i could put my dwarf and syrian together, which couldnt be more wrong. they also said if i put them together they would mate, which also is wrong, she said he was a boy, so im not sure anymore about that either.

If your hamster is a male it will be pretty obvious. Sounds like you have a girl if you can see the nipples.

You probably have a female, then. How long have you had her? If she was housed with males she may be pregnant, if you've had her less than 18 days or so

Maybe alone when you bought her, but she'll have been in with other hamsters.
Petshops always separate them into males and females, then put into tank/holder things, young hamsters always sell quickly.

So she could be pregnant.
Can you not modify his name into something more girlie?

I didn't change Oscar's name when I found out she wasn't a boy. I had lots of nicknames for her like Oscaress

His(Her ) name is dos, I'm still calling him(her) a boy. I don't care lol
