Default Lots O Robos... What to do?

So, at my shelter there are a lot of Robos about a month old it said on the charts and I don't know if their male or female or not.

I'm a volunteer at the shelter they got dropped off at, and BTW there's about four Robos.

Chip, Speedy, Tripod, & Buttons. I was thinking of adopting all of them and keeping them in a foursome. That is, if they all are males and if they all are females. But the problem is, how the heck will I take care of a group of four Robos?

and, even if I don't go along with this crazy plan can you at least give me tips on if I did? Thanks. I'm curious.

What would be the tank-size requirements (I prefer tanks over anything else) a 55 gallon? Because my WW is in a 20 gallon and that wouldn't cut it as is.

Or would it be a Detolf? I don't think that would work either. I think maybe a 55 gallon would work best for them. What do you all think?

Just saying, if I did go along with this idea. Not that my parents would agree... I'd be so dead.

Hi ThriftyHamster. I'd think a 55 gallon would work out okay. But...there's always a "but", right?...what if they were to fall out? Would you be able to house them in 4 separate cages?

Just make sure if you do take on a group that you have 4 separate set-ups in case they all fall out.

In August 2012 I rescued a group of 6 boys (there are pics of them all on here somewhere)
Sadly they didn't stay together for too long and all ended up as singles. I rehomed 3 and kept 3.

When the 6 were together I kept them in a detolf with multiple everything (wheels, bottles, toys)
All houses they had had at least 2 entrance/exit holes.
I scatter fed.
And had no levels.
So I did everything I was supposed to do and they still fell out. This is fairly common with robos so if it does happen don't feel bad (I did for a while!)

there's a 0 percent chance my mom is gonna go for it, I mean I can beg all I want but if they are still there by my birthday which is in June i can see if I can get a 55 gallon tank.

Or, do you think that all 4 of them can fit finely in a 20 gallon? EDIT - What worries me is that at the Thrift Store they keep two of the robos at is there are cats everywhere that stalk the poor dears and I want at least the robos that are at the thrift shoppe to be taken out of that area ASAP because that could kill the robos from stress so bad, I've helped out the cats there and the thing is the robos get super scared. >_<

the cats paw at the hamsters and everything. two of the four hamsters are there at the north thrift. I might see if my mom is up for taking those two if I can somehow sex them.

If they're living as two pairs at the moment I'd leave them as pairs, trying to introduce them won't really benefit them but could stress them out and increase the risk of fallouts or injury unfortunately.

If you can get them I'm sure they'll be safer with you if you can definetly care for them though
