How do you all make your signature picture boxes?

I love all of your signature boxes, with the photos of your gorgeous hammies - how do you make them? Is it a photoshop thing or is there some other way you make them?

Most of us have had them made for us by Pophammy. She has a signature shop here. If you post your request (see the first page for what you need to tell her) she offers a speedy service.

Thanks Souffle! My hubby is a photoshop pro so I think I'll ask him to help me (as I fancy having a bash at one myself!), if it all goes horribly wrong then I will be contacting Pophammy!
