Default Anti chew sprays?

Trying to solve the 'hamster chewing the bars'
Has anyone tried the anti chew sprays? Do they work?

I've used them mostly for chinchillas on things like my staircase and it does not stop them even a little bit. I doubt it would work for a hamster, but I suppose as long as it is safe it wouldn't hurt to try. Unfortunately, I'm not sure most of them would be actually safe for hamsters. Maybe someone else will know more.

Please do not use an anti-chew spray on such a young hamster. You have a baby ham who is just being a hamster. Punishing such a baby is wrong. A confirmed bar chewer belongs in a tank. First of all, a real bar chewer runs the risk of damaging its teeth, which can have really serious consequences for the hammy. We recently had a ham do this here on the site, and had a panicked owner rushing to the vet. I know a chewer can make an owner lose sleep, my Ted E. Bear did this for a while. But the focus has to be what's good for the ham first. It's either a new type of home, or moving to another room, or, Souffle's idea of using ear plugs. We take these little furries in our homes and lives. They have no choice. It's our responsibility to handle issues with kindness and care, not punishment or aversive measures. And, most often, these sprays don't even work.

What i'm more concerned about then me getting sleep is her health. That's why i'm so worried about her chewing the bars and desperately trying to get her to stop. The metal is obviously not good for her teeth and i'm worried about her breaking them or something. Do you not think I would have thought about earplugs a while ago if it was only the noise I was worried about?
I don't want to put her in a tank because my last hamster got very stressed in a tank I don't want to put her in a bin cage, I want to be able to see what she's doing from the hallway.
I've been asking and calling people to find out what I can do as well as desperately posting on here just to try and get an idea of something that will work.
