Default Toy ideas for new cage?

Hi! After waiting quite a while, I'm getting a Savic Hamster Heaven delivered tomorrow, but I was wondering what sort of toys would be suitable for it? I like to give my hammy a bit of variety, but in her present cage the toys are small as the floorspace itself wasn't as big as I'd like, and I didn't want to crowd.

Thanks!

There are a lot of toys available for hams, unfortunately some toys can be easily outgrown by Syrians. Hanging wooden toys can be fun for hammies, has she got a sand bath? She might really enjoy it, not so much of a toy but it can help keep her fur clean and she may decide to use it to toilet
Sometimes the basics can be some of the best, any cardboard boxes ect can be great fun! You don't need to go out and spend a lot to keep a hamster happy and entertained. I know some members even make their own toys, there are a lot of threads with ideas and pictures!

Thanks for the post!

I think I'll look into getting her a sand bath, definitely. Shall follow your tip off and have a scout about the home-made threads!
