Yes in front of the Primary School, just passed the garage. Nice open avenue street with a couple of local shops opposite and a few houses back off the road. Lovely quiet residential area so our hamsters better behave - no loud disco music after the prize giving

I have marked your best route

Hamster origami What in the name of heavens is that. I'm not sure we could get Nelson to fold paper though Runty once nibbled the shape of a sea horse out of a paper left on his cage!!! He was always artistic. Can you post a pic of it?

I think it is a little tricky for our hamsters sadly - simply it is creating a hamster from folding paper. Fun for younger ones

I will be taking pictures tomorrow so can post them on here. I think it would be nice to have a small article on shows if you fancy maybe putting a couple of paragraphs together?

Default Attendants report

Hamster Origami was a bit harder than we thought but managed to make a pretty presentable hamster in the end (well my other-half did) I left him charge of the local kiddies and a selection of my babies I brought along for a good socialisation session

Thanks to everyone who came along it was nice to hear progress reports on your little ones and to introduce you to the mad world of hamster shows. I hope you all had fun and maybe we will see your hamsters in the the next Scottish show :P

I was restricted in the number of actual entrants I was allowed to take along evil boyfriend, but I did take quite a few hamsters for demonstration purposes which is important in local community events, and to be honest I wanted to take so many I had to say no enough is enough. I am very proud of my guys and we got a few place cards (3 second and 3 third places) and two firsts

My new Mandarin Pearls are absolutely gorgeous thanks pj

sounds like a great time. I would really like to try and go to a show, half scared though, other problem is that neither me nor my partner drive, and betweens trains and bus it's hard to get anywhere even in Manchester let alone out of it.

guess there wont be one near me though for ages.

well done with your hamsters, you must be so proud!!

Sounds like a great fun day and well done with the hams Babyboos. Nooboo I have you in mind and will let you know about shows etc near you. Where in Manchester are you? There is a good breeder/judge/shower who lives near the Trafford Centre.
