Now that sofa bed is tempting are you serious?. and Got room for 20 show hamsters too? lol.

well suppose thats less than 15 show pens as most of them are paired with something and I could just take my main peeps. I'll have to ask lee if he's up for the trip but hrrmm I might be able to make it.

I'm serious. If you were coming by train you'd have to take a taxi as our flat is a 30 minute walk from the station and 15 show pens would be quite a load. There's car parking round the corner. The only other problem I can see is that I do live on the the top floor (3rd floor) of an old tenement building so I hope you like stairs! There is room for show pens (probably in my office), but the place is very untidy (boyfriend is a hoarder) so there are some boxes by the window in the lounge. It's not disgusting, just a little cluttered.

Do you have to be over a certain age to enter your hamster?

Absolutely not I really do hope you can come - it only costs 50p to enter the pet class and you don't need to be a member of The Hamster Society, although they actually do have a junior club which is really good if you are interested.

Tumble could easily go into the main classes as he is a gorgeous hamster

Where abouts in Edinburgh is this exactly? I live just outside Edinburgh and might be able to pop along for a little while, just wondered where in Edinburgh it was being held.

Karen you are more than welcome to come for as long as you can - would really love to see you there. You could bring your wee ones too

If anyone wants detailed directions please do not hesitate to ask. I really hope a few of us will be there, especially those I have never met before, like a little Hamster Central meetup. Bring your friends and family too.

If anyone can help with advertising then please say I have posters and the schedule is now available too for those interested in entering either as a pet or the show classes. You would be surprised how many first time people win prizes and even with non-show bred hamsters.
