What's your hamsters favourite people treat?

This thread made me think of my first Pippin, who would go absolutely bonkers for "Oysterettes". (Not sure if they're called the same thing in the UK ... they're those little unsalted crackers shaped like a tiny octagon (though I may be wrongly remembering how many sides were to the shape) that you buy (and diners often give you a little packet of) to put in your soup. I swear, if you just opened the box and let her in, she'd make as many trips as necessary to hoard the whole thing!

Most things that I give to Hamilton he will just stuff into his cheek and be on his way, but I know he really likes something if he just eats it straight away.

Last night I have him the top of a strawberry with the leaves. He loved it! He also loves chicken, but that seems to be a reoccurring theme here.

My Patches also will usually just pouch stuff and zip into her hidey to store it. Except for strawberries and spaghetti. I give her a piece of cooked, cooled spaghetti and she will stop in her tracks and devour it on the spot. Today she was funny because I gave her a piece of strawberry and she was half in and half out of her igloo house when she found it. She ate it right there. LOL. In all honesty, Patches loves all fruits and veggies. She's crazy about chicken and fish too. I give her a tiny piece of broiled tilapia or flounder and she's a happy hammy. I only give her grilled or broiled meat because I don't want her having fatty stuff. Patches gets either a piece of pasta, fish, chicken,a fruit or a vegetable every day. So she knows there's something good coming when she hears me.

lloyd loves his sunflower seeds...he seems to leave alot of the other food behind so I make sure to give him some veggies and fruit. and he loves clovers and oat grass that I planted for him.
