im after diffrent books for comparisoins i like a vareity of sources

and id like somthing more complex on gentics

the nets the best thing for genetics from what ive found and also self exploration of genetics eg doing your own punnet squares and looking at what genes make what colours is the best way to document it. thats what i do if theres anything i want to know as theres not too much i can really get my teeth into. think i will right my own book one day i find genetics really interesting

to be honest i doubt you'll find anything like that. the lopaedia is by far the most advanced hamster book i've ever seen. most of them are just about what a hamster is and what it eats sort of thing.

Another fan of hamsterlopaedia here some bits are quite funny too, heres a quote from syrian breeding section:
