Re: Might be rescuing!
Yes, well I have a feelings she'll only cave if her back starts feeling better.
Dwarfs are a joy to watch, I love watching my two Robos run around playing with each other. You really should get some one day. The only downside to my Robos is that they don't like being handled often.
Yes, I can't wait until they get back to me. And I am finding it hard to concentrate on anything.

Re: Might be rescuing!
Sorry I complete forgot about the bit in your post about her back >.< I hope she feels better soon
I have 3 mice, 2 of which hate me picking them up. Lucky if I get a cuddle on clean-out day so it wouldn't be too different if I couldn't handle them I will get some one day, may get some rescues first though
Awwwh keep us updated with what's going on with the hammy anyway

Re: Might be rescuing!
I hope she feels better soon too. I need her, she drives me places.
Yeah, I get cuddles in on clean-out day too. *nod* Yes, rescue first is always good.
I will! I hope they get back to me today.

Re: Might be rescuing!
Thank you.
I might drag mom out later, if she's feeling up to it, to pick up some stuff. I need more bedding and PetSmart has orange Carefresh for Halloween! Last time I was in there, they had put some in the small pets' cages and it looked so nice. I also will need to pick up a storage bin as I still need to make a bin cage for him. I have an extra food bowl, water bottle, house, and chews already; I just need a big wheel for him. 12 inch Silent Spinner should be good, right?

Re: Might be rescuing!
Yeah that sounds great 12 inches is a brilliant sized wheel for a Syrian
Well it sounds like you're gonna be more than ready for him
I wish we had Orange Carefresh over here, I haven't seen any. The closest I've seen is Carefresh confetti which is rainbow coloured

Re: Might be rescuing!
OOOH, so excited, fingers crossed!!! And hope your mum feels better soon! You d love the Syrian, and it will all be like in slow motion in comparison to your dwarfs, they look adorable in your picture btw.
I ve had lots of Syrians, recently more males as they are more calm but now I have Eleanor who is insanely active and fast but I owe it to my robo dwarf Poppy that I can handle Eleanor better as Poppy is a little feisty madame, gorgeous but soooooooooo fast and also not really keen on teh handling, she is getting better though.

Re: Might be rescuing!
It's going to be giant, good thing he's getting a big bin cage.
I tend to pick up a lot of extra things for my Robos and I rarely throw anything out that they don't like. I also snatch up clearance items even though I most likely won't need them. I mean who could pass up a cute ceramic bowl with hamsters and gerbils on it for 30 cents? So, yeah I am well prepared for another hamster.
Orange Carefresh is so pretty. I wish you could get some of it too. When I pick some up, I'll be taking loads of pictures of the hamsters on it. I hope it comes out good on camera.

Re: Might be rescuing!
I'm always buying toys. I tend to switch stuff around so Fudge will get a new toy and I will take something out that she doesn't use, give it a good clean with pet disinfectant and the mice have it (or the other way around sometimes haha)
That bowl sounds very cute, I can see why you bought it
I'm gonna be on the look out now or I'll try and order some online if I can find some
Awwwh I can't wait to see pictures, the bin cage sounds like it's going to be amazing

Re: Might be rescuing!
Thanks. Yeah, it so going to appear like the Syrian is moving in slow motion after being used to Robos and their speed.
XD Sounds fun. And I have heard males are more calm, which will be good for me having a male Syrian as my first Syrian.
