Breeders in Kent, England?
 

Hi,

I am looking to get a hamster and I have a lovely big cage but I don't want to go to the Pet Shop. Can anyone reccommend a breder in Kent, England?

If you wanted to get a rescue, I can recommend the RSPCA West Medway (at Chatham) - they always have lots of hamsters looking for forever homes (I know they have about 9 Syrians at the moment).

Ideally, I am either looking for a robo or russian or a long haired or satin syrian.

They're based at Chatham. They had tons of Syrians when I was there a month or two ago, and some real characters. There was one they'd nicknamed "the builder" as she builds all her boxes/toys up into a big tower every night. Cute!

Alternatively, I know Furry Friends rescue near Croydon have some robos and Russians (Winter Whites) looking for homes.

Hmmm...well I recognise them as well - but Basia is a long, long way from Hertfordshire and hers all have homes now, I believe - that's not someone using her piccy without permission is it? :shock:

Edit! No it says Herefordshire ..so it is Gill - it's a long way from Herts though :wink:

Basia is in Hereford? Is that not right?
