Meet My Passed Hamsters

1st

Valdenio was my first hamster, he was named after my dad because my dad had gone to Canada to study and we where still back in Brasil. He was a white hamster with a black head and stripe. I don't remember him much because i must have been 6-7 years old. But i do remember he was fun to play with and was very patience. Now i dont have nay pictures but he looked something like this: (I think its called a panda bear hamster)

2nd
Lily was my second hamster, and i must the nicest. She was a golden teddy bear hamster. Very fluffy. She was my very first pet when i moved to Canada. Every weekend i used to wake up and take her to the living room with me, i got a blanked and she slept on my stomach all morning. She was very affectionate and never bite me =). She lived to about 3 years of age.

(I will upload the photos tomorrow as id have to scan then to my other comp first)

Lats But Not least...
Our third (Our because it was mine AND my sisters) was Tiny, she was the smallest hamster we had, but the same color as Lily and just less fluffy. She was always on the go and not very cuddly, but fun to play with, she also loved my dog and crawled all over him, they even fell asleep together once. She also lived to her third year, and im lucky to have some images on the comp, so here ya go!

Thank you, i always wanted to know what his marking was called =)

He probably was called a "panda bear" hamster in the shop, but black banded would be the correct name (Same with "teddy bear" hamsters, actually, that's a name shops sometimes give to [I think] longhaired hams.)

Tiny is very cute though and the other two sound like they were lovely.

Thank you very much, i was young when i had them so i was not going around looking for information and etc. Though im glad I have found this forum for when ever i get a new hammie so i know he or she will have good diet/housing etc.
