I used to use this for my dwarfies until I changed to a different brand. It's just a little more dusty than the Supreme Chinchilla one. which I would highly recommend.
Although now I can buy it in made up bags for only 85p from a little Pet Shop I found nearby.

I don't recommend any of the Superpet sand stuff, and you really need sand rather than powder or dust.
Are you in the US? I'm guessing so because of linking to Petsmart... Childrens play sand (once dried) is probably you're best bet

I use this stuff...
Super Pet Chinchilla Bath Sand - Grooming - Small Pet - PetSmart
It's also Super Pet but it's sand and Pet Smart carries it. It can be a little dusty but not so bad if you pour it slowly. I haven't had any problems with it. But my Roxy (dwarf) is uninterested, my Cheeto (syrian) uses it as a potty, and my Jazzy (syrian) hasn't decided yet!

We use children's play sand but it needs to be heated to remove the moisture. It's a lot cheaper than chinchilla sand. But whatever you do, don't get dust! Good luck
