Robos can take an enormous amount of time to tame and many never get there, they are the least social with humans of all hams and are much better for watching and enjoying from a distance. Out of all of my robos only one lets me "cuddle" it and even that is in robo standards, meaning she will sit on my hand and let me stroke her but she won't hang around, she wants to run and explore like most robos do.
The only way I managed to get my robos tame was from handling them from 2 weeks old, they have become used to human contact and don't care about me touching them. I tame mine by feeding them from my hand, the ones who weren't handled from 2 weeks old were a little freaked out by this at first and took around 3 months to come around and actually eat out of my hand. They never liked to be handled though, just fed.
However I do have one robo who is similar to yours, Trevor was a rescue and he squeaks when held and is petrified of me being anywhere near his cage. I've had him since last August and have been trying to tame him since...
Unfortunately with robos you either have to spend weeks and week taming them or accept that they just want to do their own thing and leave them to it (as most owners do). Trevor has a mass of toys to keep him entertained and gets his ball time so he is happy enough. You need to remember though that if your ham really, really doesn't want to be handled you need to accept it and find alternative ways of enjoying her

Maybe when you handle her get some cushions so if she does fall off your hands, she will land on a softer surface.

Just wanted to add, handle her over a cage not the floor as if you drop her/she jumps she will be gone in a flash and
believe me you do not want to have to chase a tiny, super fast robo around the house -.-
