Is 1 cage enough for my 7 month syrian?
I currently have a cage with 2 floors but do you think this is suitable? I was thinking about making a bin cage to extend to it. What do you think?

One cage is fine and what most people choose for a pet, but we will need to know the dimensions to see if the individual cage itself is large enough.

Oh that's far too small  let me guess, pet shop advice? You need at least 75x40x40, check out the zoozone2 and the like.

No that's not big enough on it's own Syrians need cages around 80cm by 50cm. It's better to have at least one cage as close as possible to those measurements if you plan on having multiple cages - lots of small compartments aren't the same as having one large cage.

I have made my bin cage but It's only for toys and extra space to run around etc.., but do you think I should get the zoozone and is this good?

A ZZ1 is perfectly reasonable for your hamster  Much better than the current cage x
