Pet supermarket...
I ordered some stuff off them 3 weeks ago, and most of it arrived on time which I'm happy with. However I also ordered a cage from them and that hasn't even been dispatched yet! I'm getting annoyed because I get no reply to my emails and its been ages :/ little man needs his new cage
Have I made a mistake ordering here? How have other people's experiences been?

Re: Pet supermarket...
I didn't have any problems with them but I didn't order much.
Give them a call - a lot of online stores seem to forget that they have email accounts.

Re: Pet supermarket...
I ordered a cage from there and took around a month to come, when it did it was damaged. Then they sent me another damaged one! But i decided to keep that one because they said i would have to pay delivery to send it back! I will never order from them again

Re: Pet supermarket...
I ordered some stuff there and all of it came quickly except one thing which hadn't been in stock. I didn't know because it still let me order and pay for it an only said in tiny writing that it may take longer than the rest - maybe you missed it too?

Re: Pet supermarket...
Ah perhaps, I'm going to ring them tomorrow if it doesn't arrive, and it said it was in stock but I didn't read the small print (I never do, this will teach me).
Thanks for the replies

Re: Pet supermarket...
I think I've heard about a couple times where their service hasn't been necessarily great :\

Re: Pet supermarket...
I placed my first order with them recently just to give them a chance - I ordered 4 boxes of chinchilla sand around 2 weeks ago, it was dispatched the next day and I recieved the day after!!
After being impressed with this I then place a larger order 4 x harry hamster, 4 x chinchilla sand, a brush and a toy from there last Friday and it still is at order 'processing' stage yet to be dispatched I'm very annoyed at them and will not use them again!! Going to email them tomorrow as it really isn't on..
