Re: Pet supermarket...
I'm hoping it arrives Monday, I haven't had a problem with them so far, until now, so fingers crossed

I had the same problem ordering a cage but not from them, I don`t know why they seem to not be able to do cages from online very well? I sent it back and bought it offline from somewhere else.

Re: Pet supermarket...
I just ordered some stuff from them and then saw this thread literally about 2 minutes after I'd finalised the order.
Oops! Only one bag sand and two toys though so fingers crossed!

Re: Pet supermarket...
Finally got through to them on the phone today. The man who "served" me was eating throughout the phonecall, and told me the item hasn't been in stock since before christmas. I cannot believe how terrible the customer service was there, and will not order from them again.
One unhappy customer >_>
On another note, I now need to get a new cage for the Little man from somewhere else. Now I am stuck :/
