Default Mummys new jeans will have to wait till next month

At the moment my babies have, 1 Rolly, 1 silent spinner, and 3 Wheels from p@h, which i think are fab, but recently p@h have stopped selling them!!! On closer inspection, the plastic has started to ware down in the middle, and make the wheels wobble, so its time for FOUR new wheels

Im choosing on the silent spinners, i got the small one the other day for the robos, but its too small for the russian dwarfs, even though chip is test driving it at the moment, she seems to like it though, the robos dont, they prefer the p@h ones

Even though the Rollys are cheaper, i think?, the hammys dont like them, and i dont either as they squeek.

Im going to buy them all at the same time because Dale needs a new one as the robos have robbed his p&h one and he wont run on the Rolly, Ted keeps knocking his over because it wobbles (he even threw a food bowl on it last night!) and chip has fell in love with the silent spinner which is too small for her. Im not sure wether to get another silent spinner for the robos because they love the p&h one because they can run on it together. What do you reckon?

Ughh its an expensive month, i really need those jeans too

I know just where you are coming from, Emily - hamsters can be an expensive business and I've got a few non-hamster things that we need that are constantly on the back-burner because of all the hammy stuff I have to buy (really that I prefer to buy)

Oh boy I know where you're coming from as well, as I haven't bought any new clothes for yonks due to buying things that Winston "really needed" and paying for vet bills for my rats!

And thanks to your post I've now remembered that Winston needs a new wheel And now I've got visions of Winston throwing his food bowl at it, just like your Ted

I just went shopping at Cribbs Causeway for the first time in two months! I can be mainly found at pets at home... and I too have spent over £130 on my hammies in the last 2 months alone...whoever said hamster were 'cheap' was obviously deranged! Though if you want them too be happy then you may as well splash out a bit more!

You all sound exactly like me, I hardly ever buy anything for myself, and you should see the state of my hair, it hasn't seen a hairdresser for yonks
I see nice things in Pets at Home or in online petstores and I'm like 'Ooh they need that', or 'Midge would love that'
And that's just the rats; despite being hamsterless I always find myself lingering in the hamster section and daydreaming about cages etc

LOL!!

I have spent around £100 in the last two weeks buying new gabbers and toys for all of my hamsters and will be spending more on wheels some time in the future. I have even sold some of my stuff to buy the hamsters things at certain points.

I use them for my winter whites - they both love them and they are a perfect size (I find the small 4" one better for Bean, my robo). I found that my local pet shop has both the 4" and 6" ones on stands, perhaps yours does?

Yeah mine has a stand. Dale has been trying out the small one today, he loves it too, but its way too small for him.

So thats 3 medium ones, and another small one, unless i keep the old p@h ones in with the robos, they like them 2 much lol
