Default I want to cry

I am tired from a day out and cheesed off.
Went to the vets today with the Robo's you know the Turks.....turns out its one Turk and three Turkettes, should have damned known on was slower and larger and was slightly fluffier round his legs, the others were small fast and not as fluffy.
Anyway he taught me how to spot the difference.
So.....anyway had to go cage hunting, pets at home they were all broken and unsuitable. one they had I bought had the bottle missing then turned out top had a hole so that went back, Pampered Pets had a circus one, a stadium, Ovo and a pink rostank nothing else, the local pet store said they could order in but didn't keep any instock and the fish tank my mum had has a crack in which I cut my finger on.
So all in all a fab day got the mother of all head aches and possibly three pregnant Robos also how hard is it for people to sell Robo sized hamster wheels ARGHHH.

That sucks....have you nothing you could keep him in temporarily and order a suitable cage online? Maybe a tall storage bin with no lid....no need to drill any holes and you can use it for storage again once you have a cage.

That does sound like a bad day . Does that mean you will need to put them all in individual cages if they could be pregnant? Or can you keep the girls together still?

I have to admit I'm quite jealous of Zack and his band (Ol is band-less) your signature is getting out of control with a of those hams lol!
Have you tried your local freecycle/freegle? And eBay is riddled with mini dunas - you may be lucky and find one close to you

Yikes... Poor you
I hate to say it, but from something I read on here recently if the girls are pregnant the births will be less stressful if they're alone for them. They might work together to raise them, but more often than not they tend to cause more issues for each other than they solve. I think it was Tammy22 who'd said what I'm remembering.
I'm going to go wtih really, really hoping they're not pregnant...

I hope you can find decent caging for them... And good luck.

On a side note - I'm sorry to hear about Reno. Just got online and saw he'd gone.

Am off out now, but may be back later and will let you know if I can find anything useful to say at all.

Er... Saw your above post and hate to say it - but that cage is tiny! I know it looks good but the dimensions are useless. If you check ebay for caging you'll see that new with its dimensions listed and er... its one of those I wouldn't keep anything in.
