Rory's Playtime!

I tend to do a lot of my Hamsters' play time on my bed, but I wanted to get photos of Mr Speedy (Rory) himself without worrying he'd fall off the bed. So into the playpen he went!

"Can I Escape?"

"Boo!"

"Mummy! How Did You Manage to Eat All These!"

"OH No! You're Putting These on HC, Aren't You? THE SHAME!!!!"

"Before You Embarrass Me Any More, I'm Off!"

We managed, in total, 10 minutes before he realised he could escape the pen. A new World Record! lol

10 minutes is good! It took Scamp about 3 I think lol
The dwarves get the runs dwarf-proofed though, I don't trust the bar spacing with robos and don't trust the russians where the panels join.

Oh Rory is normally the same, but today he was interested in his toys lol

Oh normally for Scamp its about 10 seconds now... Either she escapes or realises its been Scamp-proofed and sulks lol
Her idea of the definition of "run" is "its a place to run up the walls and out of it" or something along those lines I think...

And hey, thats 1/5 good photos

I'm pleased if I get 1/10 worth keeping with some of our lot lol

Lovely pictures! He looks such a cutie.

I use a baby ball pool (without the balls obviously ) as my playpen. Haven't had an escape yet... The rats can escape quite easily though.

kyrilliondaemon, While I have a good camera, it can be a bit slow so I have to wait for good shots, then hope for the best!

Smáholts He is a Cinnamon Banded Satin. His colour is a bit too pale though.

Hamtastic The washy one is my fav, I just love that shot and can think of tonnes of 'captions' for it lol

Mine actually folds down and away. It is o ly made of material so needs to be supervised but its not like you'd leave a hamster in a play pen unsupervised anyway. I got it from tesco Tesco Direct Mobile

You can get it in boy colours or girl colours
