I chose boy names for my hamsters even though they're girls Mufasa and Darcy (as in Mr. Darcy!)
I don't think they mind as long as they get appropriately spoiled lol S/he'll still be the same lovely Bubbles regardless!

actually change of plan as some of you know im going to P@H tomorrow and my sisters friend works there 'Becca' so il ask Becca to sex him do you think they do this as it does say that its a vet aswell as a shop

Er... P@H staff aren't exactly reliable.
Why not take a photo of the hamsters underside and post here? Preferably with as much of the fur cleared off its er... parts... as possible.
I'd trust those here over a pet store anyday, whether I knew the staff or not.

I've seen plenty of pics to help us indentify our own pets before, so I can't see why there'd be a problem with using one to help you identify yours.
