You should probably be making a new thread instead of bumping up older ones. The issue is usually down to a lack of enrichment - does she have a sand bath? How big is her wheel? An even better question - how big is her cage? Syrians can be restless in even the biggest of enclosures, however I wouldn't recommend anything less than 100x50cm.
What enrichment does she have? Hamsters need wooden chews for their teeth as they don't ever stop growing. Consider adding sprays in the enclosure, and ensure that she has at least 6 or so inches of bedding to burrow into. Try other types of substrates, like moss, coconut chips/coir and beach chips.
