I love Lucy
And photographing her
From tonight:
A little skinny looking now, but I think she's beautiful
New driftwood logs in place of her puzzle playground--looks a lot more natural, and the pieces are super nice for climbing:

Re: I love Lucy
Lucy is super cute.
Her cage looks great, my hams are jealous!
My little Carter is alot thinner now and has lost most his fur (he's been vet checked and it's not mites just old age) People keep saying he looks kinda weird but I still think he's lovely.

Re: I love Lucy
Thanks, all! Lucy's always happy to get extra attention, so I told her that she got some from HC . She's very particular about her home, always tidying it up and taking bedding to her three sleeping spots and giving me annoyed looks if I change anything ("mess it up"). . Surprisingly she gave up her puzzle playground in favor of driftwood easily - I thought she'd sulk for sure.

Re: I love Lucy
Here is Lucy eating her new Hamster Soup (grains, veggies, pasta, rice etc). I was recommended to make this soup, which is normally made for diabetic hams, but in Lucy's case also modified for her kidney condition (different ingredients and tossed initial broth). She thankfully likes it, as I've had a hard time to get her to eat her new diet (which is by far not as interesting as normal hamster diets)
