I'm surprised that amazon didn't step in with this seller. I've always had excellent luck with amazon. A couple Christmases ago some items I ordered never showed up, after waiting and waiting and Christmas getting closer, I emailed them, within an hour they had replied, and sent a new shipment of all my items overnight to me. Go figure two days later the missing package showed up

Oh, they also refunded my shipping, and paid for the overnighting. This was through amazon tho, but I've never had a problem with a 3rd party seller before either...

Anyone looking for the Burgess Supahamster Harvest (normal) can order it direct from Burgess online. They do the dwarf AND the normal one. Pets At Home only sell the dwarf version for some reason and it`s naff compared to the original one, although if feeding to a Chinese hamster or a hybrid dwarf/Campbells, the banana pieces must be picked out along with the corn/maize. These contain sugar and glucose naturally.

we have a problem here with amazon and royal snail mail royal snail mail here "lose" alot of stuff frankly I think there is alot of light fingered posties, my brother is one XD a posty and even he won't send things via the service he works for.
I have had nothing but problems with amazon recently but then been buying more than usual cause of new hammies.

well on one plus side the two wheels for thedwarves arrived today one spinner and one saucer thus ending the noisy rattling and arguments over whose on the wheel.
