Thistle is in the dog house!
Thist' has gotten a little obsessive with bar chewing reccently and I have no idea why but its gotten to the point where she has rubbed a bald patch on top of her nose and it is as raw as hell. I decided I wouldnt take her with me on my travels this weekend either, I took Pippy insted and whilst I was gone Thistle destroyed her cage and chewed the bars on the lid to bits. I went to bed last night and once again she was up chewing them so in the end I got fed up and put her into the mini duna and Pippy into Thistle's bin cage.
Now I have decided to keep them like this as Thist' doesnt do much along the lines of moving or even waking up most days and I think Pippy could do with the extra space for her little adventures. Thistle doesnt seem too pleased at this though and especially at the fact she cant reach the bars but no matter what I do I cant seem to find anything to distract her from trying. Any ideas anyone?

Re: Thistle is in the dog house!
Sounds like a tall glass tank would be the solution, no bars to even attempt to get at.
If she likes to dig it'll help too.
Naughty Thistle, don't drive your mummy up the walls x

oooh dear naughty little thistle. as for distractions you could maybe try using hanging toys , with cookie monster i put a hole in cardboard tubes and then hung them up with string :S. i cant really think of anything else tbh.
