I must admit I almost got one yesterday when I went into Pets at Home. Me and my girlfriend went for some Hamster Food and Cat Food, and I wanted to have a look at the hamsters. We looked at the ones up for adoption and one little Robo was up for adoption due to his owners not being able to look after them.
He did look quite scraggy and not in great health, I couldn't help but think that the owners had perhaps taken him back just because he didn't look like the "most beautiful" hamster in the world. Maybe not but as I say, I couldn't help thinking it. His name was Bob and he was gorgeous.
I regret not getting him already but I just have no room at the moment unfortunately, maybe I'll have a look back in when I get another cage
