My friend usually looks after Honey while we are away but we have recently got back from a weeks holiday and weren't very happy with the care she received in our absence. Her wee corner hadn't been cleaned the whole time we were away even after I told her that it needs to be cleaned every day and provided gloves for her to do this. (which were all still there when we picked her up) She also hadn't been given any extra bedding, again I provided a bag full of ripped up toilet paper and asked her to give her a bit extra every day. She also hadn't been let out of her cage for the whole week we were away and she is used to being out for at least an hour every night free roaming. I was really dissapointed in my friend as if she wasn't going to look after her properly I would rather she said she couldn't have her. I didn't say anything but we have decided we are not going to leave her there again so we need to find a new sitter for her. Lee's mum has said she will take her but she wouldn't let her out of her cage and I know she wouldn't get that much attention while she was there. I would much rather leave her with someone who I know would take good care of her and give her love and attention as we do.

Hi, I live in lytham st.Anne's and do hamster sitting if you are still interested.
we currently have 2 hamsters ourselves named fudge and casper. We have done hamster sitting for the past 2 years. We have also taken photographs of the hamsters from time to time whilst they are on their holiday with us so you can see how happy they have been on their little adventure away from home.
All together in the last 2 years we have looked after about 28 hamsters.
