shyimaphadh, your cage at the moment is very small and won`t allow your little girl much room at all. The BIN cages that are made from plastic storage boxes are very good and can be easily ventilated (as you can see from the images Hamtastic has kindly posted). I imagine being in Malaysia it gets very humid at times? So ventilation is important.
If you are on a budget, it`s also important that you research everything before you buy it because you don`t want to buy something that`s not suitable, so do give the forum members an idea of what you can buy over there and we can give you a yes or a no as to whether it`s a good buy or not.
Your wheel should have a solid running surface (like the one you already have) but be at least 6" or 7" inches across. 8" inches would be better.
There is lots of information on this forum so look in all the sections for ideas on how to furnish your cage and how best to feed her. A commercial dry diet (mix) is best and one that does`nt contain added sugars or molasses. If she`s a dwarf hamster (and she does look like a russian variety in your images) she will be prone to diabetes, so it`s best to look for a mix that is suitable for dwarf hamsters.
