You know what, every single time Hammy comes out of that cage of his, he tries his hardest to sneak away.

Last night we set out a playground for him, within his playpen. He was fine in there for the first 10 minutes then began trying to climb up the bars and wasn't happy til he'd scaled the top. We kept putting him back in and each time he did the same thing. He even managed to squash through the bars themselves and the gaps are really narrow! We took him out in the end but it was so funny watching him stretching and climbing!

Then he managed to dislodge the lid of his exercise ball but I caught him in the act...phew. Checked the ball this morning and noticed that a bit has snapped off...only bought it yesterday as Aidan sat on the other one and broke it so I'll tape it on and see if that holds it in place, otherwise I'll be investing in one of those from Wilko's

No more escapes though as I've got my eye on this little fella

As for the grey hair, well...nail on head there...noticed a lot more of those the other day, so it's a case of leave it or dye it...never been one for colouring my hair but might have to now
