Lila has had a operation and I'm so sad, it didn't go well so she has to have another one. She has got cancer which is unusual for a hammy that young =[ I'm so sad. She's home but she's acting strange. Any advise?

I am sure she is acting strangly because of the after effects of the operation and she will feel the operation site. The vet must feel there is some hope if he is willing to operate twice to try and get her well. Keep her nice and quiet. Make sure she gets plenty rest and lots of tender loving care. I am so sorry she has gotten this as she does not deserve this especially when she is just a youngster. Fingers toes and everything is crossed for her to have a speedy and full recovery. She is bounded to feel a bit miserable for a bit becuase she has had a operation; but I hope she is better soon!

Lila got back from her second op and shes a bit mad at me XD and itchy but everyone says thats normal. Thankyou for you advise!!!

I'm glad she's ok after it, she'll get over being mad at you and will know you did it for her, I'm sure, once she settles down.
