Default What a cutie!

Hey, I like that last picture of your hamster!

Can I crop it and save it to use in my article on genetics?

Pretty Please!!!

Of course...it's both a pleasure and an honour to say yes.

I love that pic too.

Hammy's arrival has sure put my camera to good use...in fact I've never used it so much!

He`s lovely Jill! I was just reading your other post about his escaping. Cheeky monkey!

Put a heavy book on top of the barred bit at night. This will stop it `rattling`. Also, does he have a large enough wheel? I suspect the one he has might be too small for him soon, so you could look into the 8" inch Superpet one on a stand? I think you can get Jumbo Rolly wheels by Savic on a stand too and these can also attach to the plastic housing inside this Gabber cage! So two alternatives for you.

The small padlock will also assure little boys don`t sneak into the cage when mummy is sleeping!!!

I've got a heavy book on top of the lid and it's been in situ since Sunday morning when the little fella materialised! I've got a padlock but haven't attached it yet...will have to sort that out tonight when he's awake and out playing.

I have been wondering about another wheel and did put a post up somewhere about wheels that would fit the Gabber cage but I lost track of it.

I wanted to know whether the Savic one you mention would fit my cage and as it will I'll add it to my "wants" list and get one asap.

Hammy hasn't bothered much with the wheel, although he does love his exercise ball, which I find rather strange...I thought he'd like both.

No more instances of escapism since the weekend...phew!

The Savic Jumbo rolly rat wheel fits on the slot. All ours have them. They are available at P@H or on e bay!
