I Agree. My Syrian just used it as a Toilet.. But i soon had too stop giving her the Sand because it started to stink out my whole Room!:/ But yes, my Dwarfs EXTREMELY enjoy there Sandbaths. They are constantly *Sandbath,Wash,Wheel,Food,Water,Sandbath,Wheel,Sle ep,Sandbath,Food,Wheel* There cray little Critters for sure!

I'd have loved my hamsters to use the sand bath as a toilet as well... It makes cleaning out so much easier! The sand will lump and you can just use a simple tea strainer to remove the lumps Worked fantastically with our robo, he never used anything but his sand bath, bless him.
Dynamite use to love his for grooming but now he just sits in it, or poos in it!! Dolly loves to roll around in it and groom herself but my oldest boy Hammy (almost 2) doesn't even pay attention to it!
