New Squiggle excitement!

I'm so happy right now! I have been searching forever for someone who breeds Campbells so that I can get some new females and I finally found someone who is 2 hours upstate who has a lot of squiggles (what I call hamsters lol) and she's willing to part with a few females. So I'm so excited! I'm calling her on Monday night to get the directions (we've been texting) and were going up Tuesday to take a look and see what we like. All her hamsters seem really sweet, she's using one female to foster the litter of another, and I cant wait to see what she has. She's given me a good idea, but theres nothing like hands on tests. I'm so excited! I'm thinking I should get 2 just to be safe. Its hard to find female squiggles.

Oh yes, I've raised about 5 litters over the past year (3 Campbell, 2 Robo) but this is my first origional stock so I've been collecting my own choice Squiggles to start us out. I plan to focus just on Campbells but I do own a couple WW's.

And why yes I do XD.

Now I'm kinda nervous/sad. I was supposed to call her tonight, and I did but I got no answer. I tried texting her too and still nothing. I'm supposed to go over tomorrow and its so hard cause I have work during the week and tomorrow would have been perfect. If i dont hear from her...I dont know. Its so hard to find people who have hamsters as it is...I hope I hear from her, even if its last minuet.

Yeah, thats why I was so excited. I wanted to get them from someone who really knew their background and where I had guaranteed (as guaranteed as they can be hah) temperments. This girl even had a couple litters that I could look at to see.

Its almost 3 and she still hasnt got back to me. I tried texting her this afternoon to see if she was around and nothing. I mean I could always leave sorta late if she called by 3 or 4, but at this point with no contact I'm thinking she wont...my mom says something might have come up, which is entirely possible but I'm still upset. I was really looking forward to a nice car ride with my boy and hamsters in the end. Very sad by this turn of events :\

aw i hate it when ppl do that - if somethin has come up she could at least drop u a txt just saying she'll have to re-arrange it

I'd assume she would, the only thing I can think is like a real emergency, and I can totally understand that. But who knows hehe. I have a feeling I'll either hear from her tonight when its way to late to come by (cause I live 2 hours away) or never again. Why's it so hard to find females? Blah T_T.
