Default Milos cage ;D

I was bored last night, and now i have an obsession with Dumbo rats, and i was looking at some of theircages so i decided, at 1am to make some changes to Milos cage It looks a bit crappy, but i have no money, and the cage isnt huge, but it does him fine tbh I added a swinging box, which was full of tissue, but Milo decided to take every bit to his house the little monster(the photos were taken this morning) i added a swinging tube, a wodden bridge thing so its easier for him tto get into the box, then at the bottom, i got a pile of hay, some stones (cleaned) and scattered food and hid it around that, and added a cup ;D which i will fill with sawdust so he can have a bit of a dig! ;D

The hay and stones

It's great that you are making it fun for him with what you have. Some times it's better than having expensive toys as you can change them more often.

I would take the hay out though, it can hurt their pouches.

Does he like the mug? Mavis has a couple of flower pots in her cage which she climbs over and stashes food in. I thought they might stop her nails from getting too long as well.

Yeah, if using hay you can only really use the really soft grass - not sure of the name.
