Default Hammy worries

My hammy 'bogey' very rarely comes out anymore and is not very sociable. he goes to sleep in his ball aswell when its play time. is he okay or is just a winter thing? xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Mangos not unsociable but he loves his bed He doesn't really like his ball either just sits in it i dont think he likes it much... i think its a boy thing tbh and maybe as weathers getting colder its pushing it along - but our central heatings quite warm and he's the same :L tbh its not much to worry about after all their boys x

he used to love his ball up until recently. he used to be out of his bed every now and again and now i never hardly see him. he also seems to want to get away from me when i hold him. nothings happened. oh well guess its just hamster thing

Try handling him more it could just be he's not that used to being picked up if he's always inbed. dont mean to go off topic but same things happened to our chickens they hate being picked up now as haven't done so in agees...
try talking to him loads in a high voice they do like the attention could just be he's a bit bored or something ...

i always get him out, but nowadays he sleeps so much that i have to wake him to see him but i have stopped doing that now as i feel mean waking him. so i dont get to see him much.

Maybe you should see if he is still eating and pooing as much as he used to? He might be slowing down because of age also, how old is he?
