Re: Robo Hamsters?
Thats a wise desicion
Its good you realise having a pair wouldn't be right for you!
Although i prefer them to live in pairs or groups, they can live happily on their own with lots of human love.
apparently they are more likely to become friendlier on their own

Re: Robo Hamsters?
You could also consider adoption as you are set on one robo. Every time I go into my local P@H there is at least one robo needing a good home. They are usually ones that have been seperated, and not always the one that did the squabbling if you're worried! Sometimes they are just the odd one left from a litter that can't now be put in with the latest litter to go out in the store.
I always want to home them all!

Re: Robo Hamsters?
Hey guys! I got one! Unfortunatly there wasnt one in the adoption centre : ( I always go and look there first anyway! : ) She's a little girly one, from pets@home. They are straight from a breeder tho and looked over each one of them first, even got the guy to check to make sure she was a female one, he was very thougher lol. I definalty chose the liveliest and cutest one there, I watched her have a wash, eat and drink (I was there for about half an hour lol) Anyway she's called Tinkabell : ) And i shall post a pic later when she's settled in a bit : ) Love to all! Thanks you guys xx

Re: Robo Hamsters?
awww Tinkabell, gorgeous name
At this stage i reccommend you let her settle and get sorted for tonight.
Then when shes up tommorow you can start talking to her and put your hand in the cage to let her have a sniff if she wishes (with food to tempt her if needed)
