Dumbo Rats!!!!!

So me and my sister have been seaching the internet of cute pics of dumbo rats for like years now

and showed them to my mum and she fell head over heels for them

Soooo... then i showed her mice and everyhting and she didnt like so next week were going to rspca/somewhere to have a look at them

i found one for £10 on gumtree inc cage and everything will show my sister

But a 1 or 2 dumbo rat can live in freddy cage, right?
Aww sooo exited - haha now my sisters working on mum for a baby hamster (mimis litter!)

aww cute. how do you find time for all your school work lol. be nice if your mum lets you keep one out of mimis litter. how are the litter doing??

Well... the school work just about gets enough time atm lol

but homework and balltime go together well, then just playing and taming them 2 hours everyday altogether, i can manage

the litters good, still in the massive mountain in the cage lol

their sqeaks are soo cute! mums not exactly saying no, just keeps changing the subject whenever i bring it up

A Freddy is a good cage for 2-3 rats. Are you getting 2 rats? If not please consider it as they really benefit from company and lone rats can be very miserable

Well we're gonna go ckeck the rspca maybe theyll have some there. if i get from a breeder then i'll get 2, ad more shelves in the Freddy and they can go in there

well my sister did want degus but my mum hated the sight of them

i'm really exited

I'm really happy for you, rats make the best pets! Try ropes and hammocks and stuff for climbing as well as a shelf or two.

Hehe luckily with these, i wont have to buy that much because i have like a ton of hamster stuff spare

hopefully some of it will be suitable

i'm so gutted i went to the petshop about 2 wks ago and bought a lovely hamster hammock - aww i should have bought the rat one for £2 more!!! >.< typical...
