Re: Ebay Rant!!
Well we are putting the bottom and top from our duna mini and then adding the cage bit from the duna fun. We just need to replace the connector from the tube so we can make it secure but only by using our old cage. I am still annoyed i paid £20.00 for the bars and a tube. Will see what the seller comes back with.

Re: Ebay Rant!!
Yeah, i didnt realise they did either. my husband has just put it together and mended the plastic plate thing that the tube goes into. We have also taken the clips off the mini duna and put it on the duna fun. Still not good we have had to do this. Will just have to be more warey next time. Kids are also really excited about it and they are bit upset we have to send it back.

agreed, the one I said I bought worked fine for an old ham as he didn't bother trying to escape but as soon as a baby was put in there he was out of it every chance he could get!
If you are gonna keep it, make sure you do everything you can to secure it maybe you could do some makeshift clips from bits of metal to replace the missing ones?

Re: Ebay Rant!!
We have just done that, he has also secured it with the clips off our old cage. there is no way any hammy can get out of that cage. Also went and got a new connector for the tube to make it safe. I would not put my hammy in any cage that wouldnt be safe. will post a pic of it in a bit xx

Re: Ebay Rant!!
Well for what its worth it looks great! It really does need those two other clips though doesnt it, the duct tape although serves a perpose isnt very pretty. I dont know if you can buy the clips as spares direct from ferplast - might be worth sending them a quick email to ask . . . ?
