Hi Hayley, can't help you with the colours of your hammies (although the suggestions sound right from what I've seen about hamster colours in books, online etc) but just wanted to say they're all very sweet!

Souffle the page about genetic variations is really interesting - are there any other sites or books you'd recommend about this? We might consider breeding one day (a long way off) but also I'm just keen to find out more (being a bit of a geek possibly?! )

There is a site somewhere that lists the varying shades of red eyes, some can be very dark indeed and some can be very light like almost a pink colour.
