She looks like a honey or cinnamon banded. 
Not sure if you can get honey banded though?

I think she is a Cinnamon banded. If you blow up the orange fur can you see even a hit of a greyish undercoat at all?

i thought the white had to go all around for a banded, not that i know alot as im new to owning hammies.

Yeah - ideally the band should go all the way round, yes, but often it is broken and patchy. Its one of the things that breeders try and get as near perfect as they can for showing!
